This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our online and offline courses, workshops, and programs. 1. General Principles

  • Fees paid for any course or program are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellations and refunds are only considered under special circumstances, as described below.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@revopionsdigitalacademy.com within the specified timeframe.

2. Course Enrollment Cancellations

  • Once enrollment is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted after the course begins.
  • If you cancel before the course starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% of the fee), subject to administrative deductions.
  • Enrollment fees, registration fees, or admission charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
    • If you are charged twice due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.
  2. Course Not Delivered:
    • If the course you enrolled in is cancelled by Revopions Digital Academy and no alternative is provided, you will receive a full refund.
  3. Technical Issues (Online Courses):
    • If you face unresolved technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them within 7 working days, you may request a refund (partial or full, depending on the situation).
  4. Accidental Enrollment (Immediate Cancellation):
    • If you enrolled by mistake and notify us within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be issued after deducting processing charges.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • If you fail to attend live classes, workshops, or sessions.
  • If you complete part of the course but request a refund midway.
  • If you did not meet technical requirements (internet, device, software).
  • If you are dissatisfied with course content, as our materials are clearly described before purchase.
  • If you violate our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.

5. Transfer & Substitution Policy

  • Instead of refunds, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value.
  • Alternatively, you may nominate another participant (family/friend/colleague) to attend in your place, provided you notify us before the course begins.

6. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be sent to info@revopionsdigitalacademy.com with your full name, course details, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
  • Refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Administrative, transaction, and processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Cancellation by Revopions Digital Academy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or technical issues. In such cases:

  • Participants will be offered the option to reschedule for another batch.
  • If rescheduling is not acceptable, a full refund will be issued.

8. No Cash Refunds

All refunds, if approved, will be processed digitally through bank transfer, UPI, or original payment mode. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds:

  • If not resolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
